Returns from Australia

Change of mind. You can return items within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and the hygiene liner still attached. Swimwear bottoms can only be returned if they were tried on over underwear.

How to return. Start your return at bayuthelabel.shop/apps/returns with your order number and email. You get a prepaid Australia Post return label; send the items to our returns address in Sydney.

What a return costs. Nothing. Returns within Australia are free.

Refunds. We refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 working days after your return arrives and has been checked. Shipping costs are not refunded, unless the item was faulty or wrong.

Faulty or wrong item. Contact us with a photo. We repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in this policy limits them.

Returns within Indonesia

Bali. You can try your order on when it is delivered and exchange it on the spot.

Exchange or store credit. Within 14 days of delivery you can exchange an item or get store credit, as long as it is unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. Email us at customerservice@bayuthelabel.com first and we will tell you where to send it. You pay the return shipping.

Faulty or wrong item. Contact us with a photo. We replace or refund it at our cost.
