Shipping to Australia

Where we ship from. Every order is packed in our studio in Bali, Indonesia, and sent with DHL Express.

What it costs. A$14 on orders under A$100, A$9 on orders from A$100, and free on orders from A$145.

How long it takes. DHL Express delivers in 1 to 3 working days after your order ships, or 4 to 7 working days to remote areas. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes. Our prices are what you pay. Orders up to A$1,000 arrive without import duty or import GST to pay on delivery. Orders above A$1,000 may be charged import duty, GST and a clearance fee by the Australian Border Force; those are paid by the receiver.

Shipping to New Zealand

Where we ship from. Every order is packed in our studio in Bali, Indonesia, and sent with DHL Express.

What it costs. NZ$17 on orders under NZ$120, NZ$11 on orders from NZ$120, and free on orders from NZ$175.

How long it takes. DHL Express delivers in 2 to 4 working days after your order ships. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes. Our prices are what you pay. Orders up to NZ$1,000 arrive without import duty or GST to pay on delivery. Orders above NZ$1,000 may be charged duty, GST and fees by New Zealand Customs; those are paid by the receiver.

Shipping within Indonesia

Bali. Free same-day delivery for orders placed before 4 PM on working days. Orders placed later, and orders placed at the weekend, are delivered the next working day.

Outside Bali. We ship with DHL Commerce. The cost is shown at checkout, and delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days.
