We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept these Terms of Service, together with the policies and notices they refer to, including our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.

By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. They apply to everyone who uses the website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

1. Online store

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or break any law in your country when using the website.

2. General conditions

We may refuse service to anyone for a legitimate reason. Card details are always encrypted when they are sent. You may not copy, sell or resell any part of the website without our written permission.

3. Information on the website

We do our best to keep the information on this website accurate, complete and up to date. If we find an error in a description, price, promotion, shipping charge, delivery time or availability, we may correct it, and we may cancel an order that was placed on the basis of a clear error. If we do, we tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Prices

For customers in Australia, prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD); for customers in New Zealand, in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Prices can change, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping policy.

5. Products

We show the colours and details of our products as accurately as we can, but the colours on your screen can differ slightly from the real product. Some products are available in limited quantities. Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund policy.

6. Orders and your details

We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities per person, household or order, for example when we suspect resale or fraud. If we do, we contact you using the email address or phone number you gave us and refund any payment in full. Please give us complete and accurate details when you order, so that we can deliver your order and contact you.

Our website may give access to tools or links of third parties, such as payment and delivery services. We do not control those services; their own terms and privacy policies apply to them.

8. Comments and reviews

If you send us comments, reviews, photos or other submissions, you allow us to use, edit and publish them. You confirm that they do not break any law or anyone's rights and are not misleading. Reviews on our website follow our page "About our reviews".
